Those who see this film strictly out of morbid curiosity are in for a treat. Phillip Seymour Hoffman IS the film. He dominates much as he dominated Capote. The film itself is a spy story where there are no winners. Temporary bragging rights are up for grabs but if the events portrayed were in any way conclusive, the depicted war would have ended long ago. As would all others. In this profession there are really no good or bad guys. Great background soundtrack.
