What a disappointment. The director needs to learn faster pacing and the importance of brevity. Scenes just continue forever, and I never quite cared for the characters. Zarina Wahab does not suit the mother's role at all, and proves that Rohini Hattangadi is a far better actress. Hrithik is ok, but he's not a patch on the suave and siniter original Vijay Dinanath Chauhan (Amitabh) And worst of all, they converted the suave and psychotic Kancha Cheena to a brooding, and menacing hulk. The film has great technical value and a few great tunes, that's about it.
