Anchorman is one of the funniest and most quotable movies I have ever seen. I was extremely excited when the sequel was announced nine years later. I had very high expectations going in, and I gotta say, they were surpassed. Anchorman 2 is one of the stupidest and funniest movies I have ever seen. THE GOOD: Will Farrell is comedic legend. Period. Great 70s soundtrack, incredible supporting cast (Steve Carrel is hysterical), best celebrity cameos I've ever seen, decent plot (but who cares about the plot? ), perfect pace. THE BAD: Some scenes were't that funny, but they were rare. OVERALL: Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues in my opinion surpasses the first Anchorman and is the funniest movie of the year. See it if you like to laugh and like Will Farrell's humour. RATING: 9.2/10.
