I greatly enjoyed this movie. The CGI stuff was unparalleled, in my opinion. There wasn't a single moment during the movie where I was conscious of an unnatural movement or position in the avatars. The alien environment was likewise flawless (and stunning) - at least to my eye. If there was anything that was awry with this movie it was the acting, which was occasionally wooden, and the veiled New Age environmentalism. Don't get me wrong: I'm all for being good to the environment; I just think New Age "spirituality" is moronic. Oh, and the story could have used a bit more detail, or fleshing out. Anyway, I had a lot of fun watching this action-packed flick and will likely see it again before it leaves the theater.
