This movie was quite a disappointment. I was expecting something epic and fantastic but encountered something tedious and shallow instead. The acting was lifeless and one-dimensional; character development was all but non-existent; and the story was a lot like prison gruel: tepid, watery and unsatisfying. If you're going into this movie with very low expectations, you'll not be disappointed. All you'll see is Sam Worthington glowering constantly, out-of-shape "warriors" in short tunics, and an array of monsters that slowly pick off the members of Team Perseus. Of course, you won't care if they get picked off because they do nothing in the movie to prompt you to care about them. They're just in the movie, it seems, to be killed by the monsters so that you understand that the monsters are really dangerous. I wonder how many bombs like this one it'll take before movie-makers realize that CGI can't make up for poor acting and writing. Anyway, folks, don't waste your time and money on this one.
