    Frenzy

Frenzy displayed some modern visuals which were unusual for Hitchcock. Violence and nudity were now on-screen treats. Lack of respect for the lower classes threaded throughout this film, exhibited primarily by the fastidious antagonist. Hitchcock borrows from an early film 'The 39 Steps' for one of the plot lines. Dark humour was present throughout. The experts say Hitchcock was one of the greatest. Me? I just enjoy his films.
