This is fairly predictable but is a nice escape movie. You don't have to think. You just follow along for the ride. Storyline is nicely laid out. The special affects are terrific. There are a couple of love interests and the usual sight gags. The overall pace of the movie is very good and keeps your interest throughout without any long lags. They are clearly setting up for a sequel and I suppose this interfered with the ending of the movie. I don't know how one rates acting for these types of action flicks but the bad guys looked bad and the good guys looked good... lol. I would almost give it a seven but this type of movie would not appeal to an older audience (over the age of 15), after all it is G I Joe.
