Film was ghastly (and that’s putting it VERY kindly) Easily the worst film I will see this year and/or this decade. “I Give It a Year” is inexcusably bad. Not even Rose Byrne’s and/or Simon Baker’s considerable beauty, or an almost unrecognizable Anna Farris (and usually adorable and funny) could save it. Jokes about Grandma’s vagina, accidentally viewing honeymoon sex pix with your Mom and Dad at Christmas or viewing marriage vows as inconvenient and immature – were funny in the least. Shame on film producers for trying to make the success of Love Actually and Notting Hill the formula for everything they’ll ever do. Nice to see Minnie Driver, Jason Flemyng and Stephen Merchant onscreen, however, their roles/lines were pitiful (considering their talent) Two words: never again. What a waste of time and money!
