At best only an average thriller. Nothing here that is particularly compelling as I found myself having no sympathy for the characters in this story. A pathetic lot to say the least, although Amanda Peet is a real doll-face and a joy to look at. I correctly guessed the ending about two-thirds of the way through and then for the rest of the picture began to doubt my conclusion due to the quirky plot twists that come as the film draws to a close. The film left me kind of flat in the end, overall a bit of a disappointment.
