If you are an elementary school teacher, you should see this film because you may (probably have) met Joshua-like boys. They are out there, not many of them, and no one wants to admit it or can't imagine it until they are caught at long last like Dahmer or Bernardo. The strength of this film was the unknown cast, each strong in his or her part. Unfortunately the weakness was in the development of the story, probably difficult to craft especially due to the topic, that of the sociopathic child. To me the ending was obvious: that the hapless uncle will be Joshua's next victim just before or after he causes some atrocity to befall his infant sister. Not a fun film but nevertheless, plausible. Yes, this could happen.
