This was as good as the first in the franchise and better than the last one. There is a quite viable plot here. Josh Brolin is an excellent young Tommy Lee Jones, you could believe they were brothers. There are many many belly laughs as Will Smith faces life in the 1960's... the scene with the NYPD is hilarious. Also there are sight gags that you get just by watching the scenery... Look for Lady Gaga's picture. Michael Stuhlbarg turns in a stellar performance as Griffin... very funny, I hope he becomes a fixture in any further movies. Jemaine Clement is a great bad guy alien (Boris the animal).. quite believable actually. [...] Two thumbs up... hated to see it end.
