Million Dollar Arm is exactly what you'd expect. From the trailers, it looked like a fun, predictable feel-good Disney sports movie. And that's exactly what it was. Jon Hamm does a great job as his boring, yet likeable character. Alan Arkin and Lake Bell give great performances and the supporting cast does a pretty great job. The stars here, however, are the three Indian guys brought to America. They give such hilarious and emotional (at times) performances that I'm surprised that I haven't seen them much anywhere. The dialogue is actually quite good, with some big laughs that balance out the emotional moments. There are absolutely no surprises in the story at all. Even though it's a true story, I practically predicted the ending after seeing the trailers. Overall, Million Dollar arm is an entertaining feel-good sports drama with good performances and some big laughs. See it with your family. RATING: 7.3/10.
