Miracle on 34th Street is a 1940’s classic from the golden age of film making. Good film to see during the Christmas season. I have seen this film several times. Edmund Gwenn is great in this movie and there is a strong cast all around him. Original plot surrounding the authenticity of Santa Claus and the fight of several people to do the right thing. The movie is also good for showing how businesses promote commercialism and try to capitalize on the Santa Claus story to fatten their profits.
