The film lacks focus to the central story and concentrates on unnecessary and unrealistic political drama for the first hour or so. But once we get to the crux of the central tale, it's very enjoyable albeit predictable too. Vidya and Amitabh are first rate, and Abhishek is decent too. The potty jokes may be a bit much for some, but that scene with both AB's in the car is a classic. On a side note, I have no idea what the director was thinking to accomplish by having Jaya Bachchan read the opening credits for us. That was annoying.
