    Raanjhanaa

The movie's hero is Dhanush, the South Indian superstar, and this is his debut in Bollywood. He is good and essays the role of a small town guy well. The problem is this - The movie is watchable but not epic as some reviews have called it. The first half is like any other Hindi movie - Paisa Vasool. The problem is the second half. The movie lags and then kind of gets lost in the 'current issues' or how the director chose to portray them. Abhay Deol is one of my favourite actors but his character is woefully underdeveloped. Sonam is okay, Dhanush is better. The movie could have been a little shorter.
