The first half of this movie is brilliant. I don't know how much you know about the story, but a mother has been raising her son, who is now 5 years old in one room all his life. Similarly to Life is Beautiful (if you have not seen that movie, you must), she has to be strong for the boy's sake and they live in an imaginary world to keep their sanity and in an effort to raise this child to be as "normal" as possible under the circumstances. The second half of the movie takes place outside the room where the son learns about the real world and how to deal with it. He's five, so he eventually adjusts and adapts, but his mother has a harder time. Overall, it's a solid film that I would highly recommend.
