I thought the movie was good but could have been better especially with such an interesting scenario. It's sometimes terribly slow and some scenes are time killers or fillers (nothing more) [...] And the girl he fell in love with seems to accept this fact very well. I like to pretend she didn't even know how he [...] Since when is suicide a justified or noble act? I understand that the guy lost everything but I still can't envision suicide as being justifiable or grand. Anyway, enough ranting. The scenario is great. See it and make up your own ending. One last rant lest me forgets: Why do sensible adults bring young children to see movies like this? There were a few kids in back of me who couldn't stop whining and being generally agitated and obnoxious (once they finished their food)and I could perfectly understand them. They didn't have a clue or cared about anything that was happening on the screen. What's the point when there's movies like Madagascar and Despereaux? Parents, do ourselves a favor and don't bring your kids to see movies with a thoroughly mature theme. Thanks.
