Okay, I feel it is my duty to warn the world about this movie! All 3/10 points are given for the very well done CGI. No story, no acting, no twists, no creativity, no soundtrack... no nothin'. The ending will leave you wanting to slap someone. When it hit's cable, catch 3 or 4 minutes of great CGI about an hour in, and then go back to whatever you were watching.

You give the movie a 3/10 and you gave Avatar and 300 10/10? I will admit that the special effects in Avatar were amazing but the storyline was a mindless rip off of the Pocahontas storyline. Skyline had a much more realistic and believable storyline than Avatar and 300 and the acting in Skyline was well above these two films as well. To each their own but I wonder about the intelligence levels of most moviegoers these days. Too much text messaging [...] I am not saying Skyline was the best movie ever but c'mon leave the 1, 2, 3/10 ratings for truly bad unwatchable movies such as the Fourth Kind.
I did give this movie a 3/10, and I wasn't far off from what everyone else thought of it - as it is holding a 4.5 at the moment. Skyline is also guilty of "shameless rip off"s... have you seen War of the Worlds? Maybe I'm reading your comment wrong, but I am suprised that you prefer the acting talents of these people (sorry, I don't know ANY of their names) compared to people like Tom Cruise and Sigourney Weaver. I agree with you - "to each their own", but we'll have to agree to disagree on this one.
