Except for the few parts where Jim Carrey appears, this movie is mostly awful. About halfway through, I was almost hoping the movie would pull a disappearing act and just end suddenly leaving the 7 people in the audience in suspended disbelief. It didn't happen. I had a few good laughs thanks to Mr. Carrey but the rest of the crew seem wickedly out of place. The actors are literally left to fend for themselves in a movie that doesn't seem to be directed at all but mostly improvised. Many times I found myself staring at Olivia Wilde's eyes and wondering how beautiful they were. That gives you an idea of how uninvolved I was with the story. [...]
