A poor movie after the many classics that Wes Craven has done... People under the stairs is about some renters who cannot pay up their rent so one of them coerced goes along with others to rob the landlords. What the main hero realizes but a bit too late is that the couple living in the house are siblings and serial killers. In addition, they have kidnapped, deformed many boys and put them in the basement. These people in the basement are cannibals fed by the landlords. The hero (Brandon Adams) finds that the siblings have an abused girl and decides to help her escape. I won't go more into details but If you want comedy with a bit of gore - then go for it but besides that pass.
