After the initial gee-whiz wore off, I realized that this movie is not quite the equal of the first Transporter. The plot is a little more involving, the characterization is a touch deeper, but the over-the-top stunts were either too implausible or CGI'ed to be realistic... I liked the low-budget grittiness of the original better, and the fact that they didn't have to use the confusing choppy editing so prevalent now to cover up the flaws in choreographic technique. I like Jason Stratham (although he didn't spend unough time with his shirt off to please my wife) and I actually liked the female nemisis with her attitude and occasionally transparent bra, but too much of what was good about The Transporter was missing from this to be a satisfying sequel.
