    Tomorrowland

I know the film just came out but I'm surprised at most of these ratings. What I think is best is that you really have to stick with it till the end to truly get the depth of the message, I assure you it is very profound. But then again, that's the type of person I am, I go to these movies for the messages, for what I can take away that will inspire me in strength, courage and determination. And to pass the message on to others is always a joy for me. Many, many, I'd say most of us strive to be better, smarter, more compassionate and successful individuals. The message in this film and the way it's presented shows that there are no generational gaps for one thing, that whatever era we're from, if we just keep at it, someone or something will come along that will help to propel us forward. We need all the encouragement we can get right. In the end it's not so much about us but about what we bring. Today, I needed this movie in all its' entirety, my spirit needed a good boost and got it. I'm grateful to the producers.

Applause goes out to all the actors, you go George! Hugh Laurie as always is outstanding, even more so on the big screen. The kids are about as delightfully talented as you could hope for, so charismatic. I don't know who's responsible for the casting but the little boy who plays young George could very well be his son, such a strong resemblance.

The cinematography, the special effects are breath-taking. Just enough action to keep us satisfied in that department... but no nudity... oh, maybe that's it, maybe that's why the ratings aren't so copacetic. So go expecting none (nudity) then if that'll help this movie get the ratings that I feel it deserves, and take your magic unicorn in your coat pocket so you can rub him or her every now and then just to see what might happen.

I've never written such a long review but I assure you I could go on even longer for this show deserves it. If you read it to the end, well I give you a thumbs-up, don't know that I'd have the patience. Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Couldn't stick with it to the end... left because it lost me and I'm a George fan. I know foreign movies are great for starting out slower than what we're used to, but the pay off in the end is much better because they take the time to tell us who the people are. They are character driven movies. This wasn't. It was plot driven. You can't have a plot driven movie move that slow because the substance for that isn't there. Just sayin'.

May I say - a great review. What you are, who you are is the very lens through which you view life. Obviously you are very profound and therefore look for the underlying meaning and past the Hollywood! Generation gap - not - I agree, as we are all connected on a deeper level. But how many are at that level of awareness. We can only be who we are - unless we are open to growth and personal development - then, we can be more!
