Not a Beatles fan myself, I thought the story was fun. The singing and choreography are great a very talented cast, aside from Bono who just comes off as full of himself, (not much of a stretch) I could have done without the whole acid trip but it is appropriate to the movie. The movie though excellent did leave me with one disappointment... The story is crafted to fit the songs and we know love will of course triumph, so as you are waiting to see how Lucy will be in the sky with diamonds, they end the movie and dump it on the credits, a bit of a let down.
