Perhaps my expectations were too high because the original was an excellent film with colorful characters that interacted well with each other. I thought this film fell well short of the mark, mainly because the acting was flat. I found the characters lacking chemistry with the actors playing to the camera not to each other as they recited their lines that seemed more like preaching. I was very disappointed with this film.
