This was flop in my eyes and my wife agrees. It has all the makings of a great spy/action flick but falls very flat. The potential is there with solid acting, big budget, fine camera work (excellent car chase scene!) It somehow does not deliver the goods because of a slightly far-fetched story, failure to capture much emotion in the characters, a couple of obvious oversights (air bags selectively deploy in Mercedes taxis and no damage after ramming a van twice? ) It was so close to being good but a few too many cliches (Bourne trilogy anyone? ) I'm not sure if it's the director's fault or the plot. Overall quite weak!
