I watched this over the weekend with the wife... good movie... better than expected... some good laughs and Owen Wilson made the correct choice!

I thought this was a really good movie. My husband and I laughed out loud a few times. I think a few of these reviews (the ones given a 1 rating) are made by the same person, if you didn't like it, fine... but no need to bring the whole rating down. Rent the movie, it's worth it, but no... don't let the kids see it.

So funny, pretty crude in some places, but Jason Sudekis is great with Owen. A must see.

I haven't laughed so much in a very very long time. An excellent comedy, I would see it again and again.

Too much nudity, preview did not prepare us for that, could have warned crude sexual content?

Wow, what an underrated movie! This is by far the best Farrelly Brothers comedy since There's Something About Mary, maybe even better than that. Everything about this comes together for pure hilarity: the writing, the casting, the editing, the music, even that little Law & Order cue whenever it goes to the next day. Anyone who loved The Hangover has no reason not to love this, as it is, in my opinion, slightly better than The Hangover; the characters are more believable and the situations aren't as blatantly ridiculous. My friends and I spent an hour and 45 minutes basically cracking up, we should have worn adult diapers. And not only is it funny, funny, funny, but it makes some clever observations about marriage and the male psyche, observations that I have never seen another movie make. Plus, it's not predictable. I'll stop there. It rocked!

Had some funny jokes but not as good as Something about Mary and some of the director's other movies. Owen Wilson was pretty good in this one but the movie got kind of dull and dragged in some parts.

When the Farrellys put a movie out it's always first on my 'to do' list. As usual they didn't disappoint. Laughed myself silly. As usual, they bring us a clever mix of stupidity, embarrassing situations and weave in a little story about real life that sends an upbeat and hopeful message about life's travails.

Movie was a good comedy. A lot of laughs! I don't see why it's such a big deal about male nudity. It's about time we get to see some male nudity instead of female nudity all the time!

Very funny! I laughed so hard practically the whole time, especially when the guys got busted on the video talking about the owners of the house, OMG!

Laughed so hard , I almost pissed my pants, this movie is so hilarious and I can't [...] stop laughing. I [look] forward to see other funny movies with Owen Wilson.

This is a great movie to see for Adults NOT recommended for kids. I can't believe that they rated this 14A. This movie is way to mature for that age. Other then that it's really funny.

This movie just wasn't funny. The only laughs during the movie came from a couple of 12 year olds behind me when they showed male locker room nudity... that's it. I have no idea how it ended... I walked out. Don't even rent it... don't see it if it comes on free tv. You will not laugh, you will be disappointed and you will want that 2 hours back. Not even a little bit funny... or wry... or ironic... or amusing... nothing. Just a sad waste of time.

This movie was crude, pointless and offensive to women. It was expected to be a stupid movie but it was even worse than that.

This was a funny movie. I laughed lots, just what I needed. The people who gave this movie a poor rating need a Hall Pass!! LOL.

A sense of humor regarding nudity and sexual content are needed of course, but it was FUNNY, as for previous comment that it is only funny for 18-20 year olds don't agree at all. Our group was 45 to 60 and we all enjoyed it. Will be buying Hall Pass for certain.

This was indeed the worst movie that I have seen this year. The only funny parts are what is shown in the previews. There is no other funny parts in this movie, and it is terrible. Don't waste your money going to see it, because guaranteed, it is not worth your time or your money.

I was due to see a good comedy and I wasn't disappointed. The golfing/brownie scene was a laugh out loud part. If you don't take it seriously and don't have high expectations, you will enjoy yourself.

This movie was so boring and utterly terrible. It was boring and not funny at all. There was nudity, which made me very uncomfortable as a woman, especially that it was full male frontal nudity and for quite some sceens, very unwarranted. I don't advise you see this movie, especially if you have kids, don't bring them.

This was the worst movie I have seen this year. It was not funny at all and the needless full frontal male nudity was stupid, especially since there where kids in the movie theatre. I don' t recommend this movie.
