Quite different from the 1968's "Planet of the Apes" with Charlton Heston, " Rise of the Planet of the Apes" is an excellent movie as well. The digital special effects are fascinating. The acting by James Franco and Freida Pinto (born in India but name not typically Indian - remember her in the 2008's Slumdog Millionaire) is very good. The performance of Andy Serkis (King Kong) as Caesar the Ape is very good as well. Go see this movie, it's worth moment and your ticket price...
