A little black comedy, a British specialty. The British stiff upper lip stance opposed to slightly absurd situations is played and replayed throughout the movie. The greats of the genre: If, O Lucky man, Harold and Maude, all the Monty Python’s…have nothing to fear. We get a little bored with this story that goes nowhere finally. The Gaelic accent is a little thick at times.
