Just see the original ones Ju-on and Ju-on 2, they are far superior. Something gets lost in the American translation - it turns into a watered down version. The American one had it's moments, but wasn't very impactful. Fans of The Eye, Ringu, and Dark Water will enjoy Ju-on.
